How MarginMultiplier handles website enquiries, consent preferences and service-related personal information.
Who is responsible
MarginMultiplier is a trading name of CFLH LTD, company number 16286232, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Website enquiries
We collect the details you submit: name, business name, business email, sector, requirement, preferred contact method and description, plus optional website, telephone number and enquiry volume. Please do not send patient details, health information or other sensitive personal data. We use these details to assess your request and communicate with you, relying on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries; where you personally enter a contract, steps at your request before that contract may apply.
Security and sources
Information comes directly from you. A pseudonymous keyed digest of your connection address is used for short-term abuse controls. Our hosting provider also handles connection and technical logs. The form uses a signed session cookie for security; it contains a random token, not your enquiry. We do not place form contents in public analytics or application logs.
Optional marketing and cookies
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. A separate unchecked marketing option records your choice; no marketing campaign is sent automatically by this form. Withdraw marketing consent by emailing us. Where configured, Google Analytics 4 uses analytics consent and Meta Pixel uses advertising consent. We measure site usage and named interactions without sending enquiry contents, names, emails or telephone numbers. A call-button click is not a confirmed booking. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw choices. The Cookie Policy shows the current configuration.
Recipients and suppliers
The website runs on Replit and uses its configured PostgreSQL database. Authorised operators handle enquiries; the configured SMTP email provider delivers internal notifications without subscribing you to a newsletter. Alice uses Twilio, Retell and Google Calendar. The floating WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp (Meta) only when you click it; it does not load an embedded widget or depend on Green API. Separate requested legacy WhatsApp demos use Green API, and the separate newsletter uses Beehiiv if configured. Optional Google and Meta tracking is subject to the corresponding cookie consent.
International processing
Hosting, email, voice, calendar and messaging suppliers may process information outside the UK. Processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards vary by supplier and service. Contact MarginMultiplier’s privacy contact for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. We do not claim a particular storage country, certification or contractual safeguard that has not been verified.
Retention
Unconverted website enquiries and recorded marketing choices have a 12-month deletion threshold; abuse-control records have a 24-hour threshold. The website applies these thresholds when processing new submissions, and an authorised operator can run cleanup separately. We do not claim a verified daily deletion schedule. Alice's local callback, lead and booking records have a separate 30-day cleanup routine. This does not delete real Google Calendar meetings, which are managed separately. Contract and statutory records follow their applicable legal periods. Rights requests, disputes and legal obligations may require a documented exception.
Alice and automated processing
Alice is MarginMultiplier’s AI receptionist. Her incoming-call-to-calendar flow has been tested successfully: she checks Google Calendar availability and creates a real discovery meeting after read-back and permission, confirming it only after a successful calendar response. Twilio supplies telephony; Retell AI supplies conversational speech using the British female Willa platform voice and OpenAI's GPT-4.1 mini through Retell. No ElevenLabs voice is currently configured for this Alice agent. With permission, Alice collects name, business, email and the business need, with an optional contact number. These details may be saved in the separate call service and included in the meeting event. Do not share patient information, health histories, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Optional sector examples and their sandbox appointments are fictional and separate from real discovery meetings; live transfers and client-specific booking systems are not promised. Twilio recording is off. Retell's Basic Attributes Only setting disables retained recordings, transcripts and logs, but temporary provider artifacts may exist. The application discards recording links and does not fetch or store recordings; this is not a claim of zero temporary provider recording. Administrative routing is not clinical assessment or a legally significant automated decision.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@marginmultiplier.io; we normally respond to rights requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity checks. We acknowledge data-protection complaints within 30 days and respond without undue delay. Client workflows and changes
For this website we act as controller. In managed workflows we may process enquiries on a client’s documented instructions under a separate agreement; the client’s privacy notice governs their customer relationship. Last updated: 10 October 2026.
