Terms for using the MarginMultiplier website, with service scope and commercial terms agreed separately in a signed proposal.

Website information, not a service contract
These terms govern use of the website. Submitting an enquiry does not buy a service or create a confirmed appointment. A signed service agreement and accepted proposal govern any work, with the proposal defining deliverables, integrations, allowances, setup milestones and support scope. No checkout is offered here.
Fees and proposals
There are two monthly plans: Answering plus follow-up at £595/month with 600 calls/month, and Answering, follow-up and more enquiries at £995/month with 1,200 calls/month. Both include Alice missed-call answering, call logs and caller details, text/email follow-up and a booking link. The £995 plan adds lead generation or monthly reactivation. Fair use applies beyond these allowances, never a surprise bill. Additional usage charges require agreement before charging. Setup is £995. The first five Chester businesses pay £495 instead, through the pilot. £495 is everything you pay for the 30 days, setup included. After that it is £595 a month with nothing more to pay for setup, or you stop. One checked text/email reactivation campaign is included in the pilot. Cancel any time after the first month. No long contracts. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly by the client. Your proposal confirms the scope, usage allowances and any additional costs.
The only guarantee
For the Chester pilot only: If Alice catches fewer than 10 calls you would have missed in the 30 days, we refund the £495. No contract either way. The count is taken from the call log at the day-30 review. This is the only guarantee. We do not guarantee bookings, enquiries, sales, advertising performance or any other outcome beyond this refund condition. A booking counts once your own system confirms it.
Reactivation and contact rights
The client is responsible for having the right to contact their list. This responsibility must be included in the signed client agreement before any reactivation campaign. We check the list, collection information, relevant consent or existing-customer conditions and opt-outs before sending. Every message has an opt-out. We do not make automated AI marketing calls to cold or unconsented numbers. One campaign is included in the Chester pilot; the £995/month plan can include monthly reactivation instead of lead generation. Other campaigns are charged per booked appointment at a price agreed before sending. A booking counts once your own system confirms it.
Approvals, dependencies and support
Clients are responsible for accurate approved FAQs, lawful access to systems, appropriate contact permissions and prompt review of campaign drafts. Advertisements, budget changes and chargeable provisioning require express approval. Third-party availability and integration limits can affect service. Setup acceptance milestones, support hours and response arrangements are agreed in the service contract, not described as unlimited here.
Renewal, cancellation and complaints
No recurring service begins through browsing or submitting this form. Renewal, notice periods, cancellation, termination, payment timing and any fair refund arrangements must be agreed before the service starts. Email hello@marginmultiplier.io for complaints. We do not impose blanket no-refund or no-liability conditions through this website.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Website branding and original materials belong to us or their licensors. You may view and share links for lawful purposes, but may not misuse the site or present our material as your own. Ownership and licence rights for client deliverables, confidentiality, processing instructions and supplier arrangements are addressed in the signed service agreement.
Accuracy and liability
The Chester pilot refund condition above is the only guarantee. Bookings, sales, enquiry numbers, clinical outcomes and search rankings are not guaranteed. A booking counts once your own system confirms it. Nothing in these website terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contractual liability provisions require separate agreement and legal review.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without restricting mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Last reviewed: 12 October 2026.
