Cookie Policy
The storage used by this website, its providers, and how to manage or withdraw your optional cookie choices.
A consent-first website
Essential storage keeps the site secure and remembers your choices. Optional analytics and advertising are off by default. Each provider loads only after consent to its category and only when its configuration is enabled. There are no Google requests before analytics consent, including consent-mode pings. Current provider availability is shown below.
Essential storage and providers
Provided by CFLH LTD (MarginMultiplier), with hosting by Replit. session — first-party Flask cookie; necessary security category; signed random security tokens, submission identifiers and a short-lived successful-enquiry receipt, not form contents; browser-session lifetime; HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. mm_consent — first-party local storage; necessary consent-preference category; consent version, category choices and timestamp; choices expire after 180 days or a version change. mm_read_cookie_policy — first-party session storage; a one-use necessary navigation marker so you can read this policy from the pop-up before choosing. It is removed on the next page load, grants no optional consent and contains no personal information.
Analytics — Google
When configured and permitted, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, successful enquiry submissions, WhatsApp clicks and Alice call-button clicks. It may use first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to two years. URLs are sent without query strings or fragments; referrers are omitted. Form contents, names, emails and telephone numbers are never event parameters. Enhanced measurement must be disabled before this integration is enabled. Data retention in Google’s account is separate from cookie duration and is governed by that account’s settings.
Advertising — Meta
When configured and permitted, Meta Pixel measures advertising and supports personalisation. First-party _fbp and _fbc cookies may last up to 90 days. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event configuration are disabled. No form contents or contact details are supplied. It measures named interactions, not inferred bookings; no confirmed-booking event is currently connected. No server-side advertising events bypass your choice. Meta processing may take place outside the UK; contact our privacy contact for supplier details.
Your controls
Use Accept all, Reject optional or Manage preferences. Neither browsing nor scrolling implies consent. Reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. Withdrawal clears relevant known first-party identifiers where technically possible and reloads the page to stop loaded provider code. It cannot erase data already lawfully received by a provider or cookies belonging to other websites. Forms, booking links and WhatsApp remain available after rejecting optional cookies.
Separate services
Legacy unconditional Google and Meta snippets are removed. Separate assessment and newsletter services do not activate marketing-site tracking. Necessary security and hosting processing remains independent of optional tracking consent. Optional provider privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
Current provider configuration
Google Analytics 4: not enabled; verified configuration is required.
Meta Pixel: not enabled; a verified Pixel ID is required.
