We only contact people who gave you their details and were offered a way to opt out when you took them. We check your list before anything is sent, and every message has an opt-out. The client is responsible for having the right to contact their list; this is written into the client agreement.

We do not make automated AI marketing calls to cold or unconsented numbers.

Setup is £995. The first five Chester businesses pay £495 instead, through the pilot.

Cancel any time after the first month. No long contracts.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly by the client. Your proposal confirms the scope, usage allowances and any additional costs.

Go-live date agreed in writing. Every call routed to Alice is logged. Your weekly numbers email covers calls answered, missed, enquiries chased and bookings your system confirmed. A booking counts once your own system confirms it.

What does a further campaign cost?

One campaign is included in the pilot. Further campaigns outside an included plan allowance are charged per booked appointment. The per-appointment price must be agreed before a campaign begins. The £995/month plan can include monthly reactivation instead of lead generation.

Do you make automated marketing calls?

We do not make automated AI marketing calls to cold or unconsented numbers. This offer is text/email contact with eligible past enquirers.

Does a number in our database give us permission?

No. We check the relevant consent or existing-customer conditions before sending, along with opt-outs. We do not send to a list simply because you have the contact details.
